FREAKONOMICS AUTHORS TO KEYNOTE RADIO & RECORDS CONVENTION

LOS ANGELES, May 16, 2006 -- R&R Convention 2006 will feature bestselling authors Steven Levitt and Stephen Dubner in a keynote session on Thursday, Sept. 21 from 9-10am at the Hilton Anatole Hotel in Dallas. Freakonomics: A Rogue Economist Explores The Hidden Side Of Everything has been on the Wall Street Journal's Bestselling Business Book List for over 51 weeks, and the New York Times Bestseller List for 50 weeks.

Freakonomics came out of a profile that Dubner wrote for the New York Times Magazine about Levitt, a much-heralded young scholar who studies the riddles of everyday life -- from cheating and crime to sports and child-rearing, and whose conclusions regularly turn conventional wisdom on its head.
The R&R Convention will be held at the same time as the NAB Convention, Sept. 20-22 at the Hilton Anatole Hotel in Dallas. Registration for the R&R Convention will include access to the NAB sessions as well.

Online registration for the R&R Convention is available at www.radioandrecords.com. Attendees may contact the Hilton Anatole to make hotel room reservations at 800-HILTONS or 214-761-7500. The special R&R Convention rate of $175 per night is available for a limited time for those who request it.
