Just
a note to clarify R&R's longstanding policy concerning
adds and drops on monitored reporting stations in
all formats: Songs that are reported as adds must
receive at least one play by 11:59pm Saturday of the
week it was added, otherwise it will be automatically
flagged as a drop and will need to be re-added the
following week.
We
recognize the importance of adds, and urge you to
continue to support labels' efforts, and your programming
decisions, with airplay, even if it means manually
scheduling the tune in after you've run the week's
logs.
